Stephen Mallon is a photographer based in New York. I discovered his work with his serie « Next Stop Atlantic » documenting the destiny of NYC subways car into the Atlantic ocean.
What I like in his work is his ability to find aesthetic in subjects that, at first sight, have nothing attractive. Take a look at the « Flight 1549 » to get the point. In this serie, he documented the sauvetage of the plane that landed on the Hudson River two years ago.
